Forklift Truck Refresher/Re-Certification Course

LOCATION: At the clients location.
DURATION: 1 day with up to 3 trainees
AIMS: To refresh the skills and knowledge of attendees who previously acquired basic training in the operation of lift trucks and ensure they can operate to a required standard.

Lift Truck Stability
Practical refresher training
Testing, practical, pre-check, associated knowledge
WHO SHOULD ATTEND: Operators that need refresher/retest to comply with HSE recommendation of 3 to 5 years
Operators who have not used lift trucks for some time
The operator is an occasional user
The operator appears to have developed unsafe working practices
Has had an accident or near miss
A change in their working practices or environment.
CLIENT BENEFITS: Unsafe working practices are reduced
Possible/near miss accidents are minimised
Employees have enhanced and refreshed their skills base
Employees will be competent to carry out their tasks and duties
ASSESSMENT: Testing on practical skills and associated knowledge.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: A valid certificate of basic training must be provided before training commences
